Will Proctor is a Personal Insurance Advisor in the automobile department of Nunavut Insurance Brokers, and uses his exceptional product knowledge to create appropriate auto insurance solutions for individuals and businesses in Canada’s North. Will’s ability to accurately assess a client’s situation and resolve complex underwriting issues has received customer-praise time and time again.

Will joined the brokerage in 2006 and has honed his skills on becoming an auto insurance specialist. He began his career in personal auto insurance, and has since expanded his skills to become the primary commercial auto broker and the senior advisor on the team.

Will is licensed in Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon and is actively studying in the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation program.

Outside of the office, Will is involved in many sports ranging from hockey to soccer, football to airsoft. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends.

Kent Wells is a Personal Insurance Advisor in the automobile department of Nunavut Insurance Brokers, striving to provide clients with appropriate insurance coverage at the best possible pricing. Kent’s contagious personality and exceptional customer service skills have enhanced the service levels delivered by the entire office.

Kent has been with the brokerage since 2010, providing clients with peace of mind in knowing they are covered when the ‘unthinkable’ occurs. And when those events do happen, Kent is there to ensure a seamless recovery from the insurance company.

Kent is licensed an Insurance Salesperson in Nunavut, and is actively studying in the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation program.

Kent comes to Nunavut from the health care industry with significant managerial experience and the desire to transfer his passion for helping others to the local market in Iqaluit.

Sabina Ignerdjuk is a Personal Insurance Advisor in the automobile department of Nunavut Insurance Brokers located in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. Sabina strives to live by the company’s mission: to provide the same customer service levels to the Kivalliq region that they would find if they were in Southern Canada.

Sabina has been with the brokerage since 2006, when she arrived following time with Sakku Investments Corporation, one of Nunavut Insurance Broker’s partners.

Sabina is licensed as an Insurance Salesperson in Nunavut, and is a graduate of the Management Certificate program at Nunavut Arctic College. Sabina is fluent in both Inuktitut and English, an asset of unparalleled importance to her clients.

Sabina was born in Churchill, Manitoba, but has spent most of her life in Coral Harbour, Nunavut. Sabina enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Tracy Moore is a Personal Insurance Advisor in the automobile department of Nunavut Insurance Brokers. Tracy uses her exceptional customer service skills to create valuable auto insurance solutions for Northern clients. She believes that customer service is a fundamental competitive advantage for Nunavut Insurance, which she strives to provide to each and every client.

Tracy joined the brokerage in 2007 as a Personal Auto Insurance Advisor and is licensed in Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon. She is actively studying in the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation program.

Outside the office, Tracy has been thoroughly involved with coaching and managing her daughter’s soccer team and as a Girl Guides of Canada Leader for over 10 years. Tracy loves to fish, camp and spend time with her family.

Brett Kane is a Personal Insurance Advisor in the automobile department of Nunavut Insurance Brokers. Brett combines outstanding product knowledge and over 10 years of experience in the customer service industry to redefine the insurance experience for his clients.

Brett joined the brokerage in 2009 as a Personal Auto Insurance Advisor, and is licensed in Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon. He is actively studying in the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation program, and is attending university to complete a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Outside the office Brett enjoys playing hockey, poker, golf, cooking, studying history, and painting portraits. He is a positive, cheerful, and upbeat person and enjoys finding the joy in anything he does.

Rachelle Matychuk is a part-time Personal Insurance Advisor within the automobile department of Nunavut Insurance Brokers, specializing in providing insurance solutions for clients who own the snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles (ATV) that dot the arctic landscape.

Rachelle joined the brokerage in 2010 in an administrative capacity, and has subsequently joined the auto team to assist with policy renewals.

Rachelle is licensed in Manitoba, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories. She has earned a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Manitoba.

Outside of the office, Rachelle is a private music teacher, enjoys camping, playing the piano, travelling, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family.

Sandra Fredlund is a Personal Insurance Advisor in the home/tenant department of Nunavut Insurance Brokers, specializing on all aspects of personal property insurance including renewals, policy changes, and customizing new policies for clients. Sandra’s ability to combine professional customer service with creating innovative insurance solutions has established a benchmark for the organization.

Sandra has been with the brokerage since 2008, but her career began nearly a decade earlier as a Customer Service Representative at a brokerage in her hometown of Churchill, Manitoba.

Sandra is licensed in Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon and is actively studying in the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation program.

Sandra is an avid reader and enjoys camping, four-wheeler rides in the country, and spending time with family.

Krista Wells is a Personal Insurance Advisor for Nunavut Insurance Brokers, focusing on both automobile and personal property insurance solutions for her clients in the Baffin region.

Krista joined the brokerage in 2009, and is a hardworking individual focused on redefining the insurance experience for Nunavummiut.

Krista is licensed in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon, and is actively studying in the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation program with the Insurance Institute of Canada. She has over 16 years of experience in Home and Automobile Insurance from various regions of Canada.

Krista’s love for the North and her friendly personality are contagious and keep her customers coming back. Her door is always open and she is more then happy to go above-and-beyond to provide sound advice and offer solutions.
